Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after fulfillment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been sent out.
Flat Rate Shipping
All domestic orders ship at a flat rate, making checkout simple and transparent. Your shipping cost will appear at checkout—no surprises, no hidden fees.
Local Pickup (Cincinnati Area)
If you’re local, we’re happy to offer free local pickup by appointment. Choose the Local Pickup option at checkout, and we’ll email you to coordinate details. Customers arriving 10 minutes after their pick up window will need to reschedule their pick up time.
Peak Season Delays
During busy seasons (such as holidays or special launches), shipping times may take a little longer due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we make sure every item arrives in excellent condition.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order. We’re unable to replace or refund packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
